Strength tests, tightness tests and purging for larger installations to IGE/UP/1A, worked out step by step.

1. 1What you're doing

   The installation type, gas and pressure, then which of the three you need: strength test, tightness test, purge.

   

2. 2Pipework

   Add each section of pipe: material, size and length. GasPass adds up the installation volume.

   

3. 3Meter and purge hose

   The meter and, for a purge, the hose. Each is its own short step.

   

4. 4Test details

   The pressure gauge and the room the pipework runs through.

   

5. 5Results

   Everything on one page: installation volume, strength test pressure, tightness test pressure and times, and the purge volume and flow. Export a PDF, or send the figures to a certificate.
